C.T. Hsu + Associates (CTH+A) is celebrating 30 years of business in Central Florida this year. CTH+A is an Orlando based architectural, planning and interior design firm that has earned a worldwide reputation for exceptional innovate design solutions and highly personalized services.

The celebration was commemorated with a 30th Anniversary event on October 9, 2014 at its’ offices themed “East Meets West”. The day was marked with a schedule of events including a proclamation from the City of Orlando’s Mayor Buddy Dyer, entertainment performances by Dr. Sandy Shugart & The January Band, talented harpist Catherine Way, Chinese musician duo Mr. Rui Yang & Ms. Luo Wu, as well as local Chinese artist Guang – Hui Zhao.
C.T. Hsu, FAIA, President and Founder of C.T. Hsu Group, expressed that they had good weather, food and entertainers, and most importantly, they were fortunate enough to have many guests join them for this milestone event in the firm’s history. Some of the firm’s milestones include:
- With hard work and commitment, CTH+A’s dedication to design excellence has earned innumerable honors for projects throughout Central Florida. Among these honors, in 2011, CTH+A was honored by the Orlando American Institute of Architects with five design awards specifically for Central Florida projects, and in 2006, was honored by the Florida American Institute of Architects for the prestigious Firm of the Year award.
- As seen throughout Central Florida, CTH+A is dedicated to serving the community by collaborating with business, civic, and community groups. Several of the firm’s team members have served in leadership roles on many Central Florida community organizations with aspirations to enhance the region professionally, culturally, and economically.
- During the past five years, CTH+A has initiated three important cooperative Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish higher education and economic development partnership between Taiwan and Florida.
