Another great event hosted by Allen Auyong of Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi, located in the Dr. Phillips area. For those of you who have eaten there – you know how good it is. We were honored by the special Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida (AACC) Roll prepared for us. And, of course, there were the other dishes to satisfy our palates. This was our 3rd annual event at Dragonfly – hoping to be invited back next year.
This event was also the general election of the 2015 AACC Board of Directors. Glenn Leong, Stephen Chong and Becky Malicsi officiated the voting results. Those elected were: Ann Catris, Marie Aguilar, Vi Ma, Khalid Muneer and Coco Johnston. Congratulations!
We thank our Corporate Partners for their continued support of the AACC – Walt Disney World Resorts, The Orlando Magic, Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando Health, Darden, Florida Hospital, Visit Orlando, SunTrust, OUC, Publix, and Asia Trend Magazine. In the house there was spirited cheering between the Orlando Magic and SunTrust, as they were introduced. It was an honor to have a table of past AACC Presidents in attendance – Glenn Leong, Becky Malicsi, Stephen Chong, Kathy Llamas and Vic Tan.
