Everyone wish to find success, young and old, people work hard in the pursuit of the so-called “Success.”

But what is success? What does it mean to be successful in life, in business in relationships? And is it ok to wish to be successful?

Read next and learn one or two things about life.

The Young Lion Who Wished To Be Successful

A young lion wished to show his friends that he is the best of all,

So he told them one day, “See me, I can catch a giraffe all alone,”

He started running after a giraffe until he got tired and returned empty handed.

Then he told them, “See me, I can catch a zebra all alone,”

He started running after a zebra until he got tired and returned empty handed.

When he saw that he can’t catch neither a giraffe nor a zebra, he told them, “See me, I can catch a gazelle all alone,”

He started running after a gazelle until he got tired and returned empty handed.

Ashamed he left his friends and went to his mother, asking, “tell me mother, how to be successful? Where is it? where is success?” tears running from his eyes.

“Dear son, it is simple, success is right here, behind you.”

“What? Where?”

“In your tail!”

“My tail? Oh, I am so happy, so all I need to do is to catch my tail,” said the young lion and started running after its tail, round and round for hours, till he got tired.

“Mother, tell me, how come I can’t catch my tail?” asked the young lion.

“Haha, dear son, you should never chase success, always remember to move forward, go your way and be a good friend and success will naturally follow.”

The young lion thanked his mother of what she has taught him and happily returned to play with his friends.

THE END

Follow your heart and the rest will follow…

The key to success is inner inspection of your skills and your talents and your personal integrity and personality, touching your heart and at the same time to remember not to be surprised when the inevitable happens, not to be naïve, you don’t go chasing after giraffes before you have learned how to catch gazelles. Awareness, understanding and vigilance, those will keep you from the power of evil and from failure.

Success is not something you pursue. It is something you attract by the person you become. A key phrase says, in order to attract attractive people you must be attractive. If you wish men of quality around you, then you must be men of quality yourselves. The main part of your life starts with you – and how?

Work harder on yourself than you do on your business or job; as if you wish to progress this is the right plan for you.

If you work hard on the job, you can make a living…that’s noble. But if you work hard on yourself, you can make a FORTUNE! That’s exciting!

Be smart, there is no substitute for it. Friends are no substitute for wisdom, yelling and raising the tone of speech are not a substitute to wisdom, neither is money, property, social status or health.

Self-confidence – When you believe in yourself and the power and wisdom of your subconscious, to guide and direct your actions, you become confident, radiating love, peace and goodwill to all.

Be strong – strength is attractive and there are many ways to feel strong – determination, character, language and also vitality and health. There are many types of strength and they are all attractive; but if to be more accurate then I say: learn to be strong but not a bully. This is the extra step toward strength and real power with a wider range of influence and reach. Some may confuse between rudeness and strength, however this isn’t even a good substitute.

Be kind but not weak; we must not mistake kindness for weakness. As kindness isn’t weak, kindness is a certain type of strength. We must be kind enough to tell somebody the truth, we must be kind enough and considerate enough to lay it on the line, we must be kind enough to tell it as it is, and not deal in delusion.

Learn to be bold but not a bully; it takes courage to win the day, to run forward, to make mistakes and errors for the first time, to deal with a specific problem for the first time. It takes valor to catch gazelles. Chasing after gazelles it isn’t an easy task, it isn’t a simple profession. The qualitative life isn’t for the timid and the shy! They are meant for the brave! And if you are meant for leadership than remember! To build your influence, you’ve got to walk in front of your group. You’ve got to be willing to take the first arrow, tackle the first problem, discover the first sign of trouble just as the lion would do.

Be humble but not timid; some confuse between the two but modesty is a virtue whereas timidity is a disease. Timidity is an affliction. Of course that it can be cured, but it is a problem. Modesty is almost divine, a sense of awe, a sense of wonder. An awareness for the human soul and spirit. An understanding that there is something unique about the human drama versus the rest of life. Humility is a grasp of the distance between us and the stars, yet having the feeling that we’re part of the stars.

“Who that is small to himself – is big, and who that is big to himself – he is small”.

Be a dreamer but not lazy; it is ok to dream but we can’t become to those who only dream thus, if you wish to realize your dreams than you must wake up! And the first step in doing so is to place them in a frame of time.

Be proud but not arrogant; it takes pride to win the day. It takes pride to build your ambition. It takes pride in society, philosophy and communication, at home, in school, in the organization; it takes pride in cause, in accomplishment. But the key is to be proud without being arrogant. The worse kind of arrogance is arrogance from ignorance. It’s when you don’t know that you don’t know.

Deal in realities, deal in truth. Save yourselves the sorrow. Just accept life like it is. Life is unique. Some people call it tragic, but I’d like to think it’s unique. The whole drama of life is unique. It’s fascinating as it is more interesting. This kind of attitude allows me to turn frustration into fascination, a positive excitement. In general, the ability to turn a frustrating event or condition to an exciting and blessed one is ability that the added value to it is huge.

We must not let the years, and the chances, and the small opportunities for creating moments of joy slip away. If we continue to wait until we have the resources to do the ‘big’ things before we master the art of experiencing all that life has to offer, then we may find that we have waited too long.

Let us begin this very day the process of creating a wealth of experiences and memories that will endure in the hearts of those we love long after we are gone.

You cannot succeed alone, as we all know lions hunt together as a pack. This is something the young lion needed to learn, and farther how to cooperate with his friends so together, in coordination and harmony they could achieve their goals. So as to find a way to appreciate each other you must understand this first. It takes all of us to build a society, a country and a community. Therefore, the key message that it is important for you to remember – you cannot succeed alone!

Even if you have a brilliant personality, without the right connections, it will be very difficult for you to grow. A strong community, same as a strong pack of lions is a community where its members are committed to the success of each and every one and as such, it nurtures and cares each of its members to grow and develop, naturally gaining an advantage over other competitors in business, in social life, in relationship and in their individual growth.

Remember – your chances of success depend on both your personality and the personal relationships created during your life.

Our success as a human species is our ability to cooperate. Societies that collaborate better, their survival chances and their global impact are greater. As a single computer in comparison to the Internet, the individual has no advantage over another individual. The secret to success is not in the body or the brain, but in the communication network that connects many individuals together. It is not a brain evolution but of cultural development that enables the cooperation among a greater number of individuals.

In order for any cooperation to be successful it needs to have TRUST in the system. If people can’t trust each other, they won’t be able to build a community, a successful business platform, or to innovate. You need to trust the people around you if you want to make something new, and take a risk on the long and hard path of innovation.

When there is trust in society, sustainable innovation happens because people feel safe and enabled to take risks and make the long-term commitments needed to innovate. When there is trust, people are willing to share their ideas and collaborate on each other’s inventions.

As we join together, forming networks of human concern about the future, we will find the strength and wisdom needed to create a better future for all.

Raising humanity on a new path

It all starts with YOU!

With playful regards,

Galorian
