DESCRIPTION:The annual “Sampaguita Charity Ball” will celebrate its 30th Anniversary on Saturday\, October 5th\, 2024\, from 6-11 pm\, at the grand hall of the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive\, Tampa\, Florida. The Sampaguita ball is one of the biggest fundraising event organized by the Philippine Cultural Foundation\, Inc. (PCFI) with all proceeds going to the upkeep of the 10-acre Philippine Enrichment Complex and the 15\,000 sq foot grand Bayanihan Arts and Events Center\, owned and managed by the Filipino community of Tampa Bay. This will be the first time that the ball will be held in October in order to commemorate the Filipino American History Month of October. This year’s theme is “Thirty Years of Elegance” and will strictly required all guests be dressed in formal attire in long Filipiniana or long evening gowns for the ladies and Barong Tagalog or Tuxedo for the men to avoid being ask to leave or change.
