Bumby Avenue\, Orlando\, FL 32806)\nTime:  1 pm to 5 pm \nVietnamese American Medical Professionals will be hosting a free Community Health Fair.  Our missions are: \n\nPromote good health\nProvide screening services \nEducate and provide information on hypertension\, diabetes\, and cholesterol.\n\nScreening services include: \n\nBlood Pressure\nBlood Glucose\nBody Fat Analysis\nEye Exams\, including genetic testing and fundus exams\nVaccinations\nAnxiety Screening\nSpine and Balance Checks\nDental Exams\nCPR demonstrations\nOrthopedic Joint Exams\nEKG\n\nWe need VOLUNTEERS to offer and / or assist with the screening stations. \nPlease spread the word to our Vietnamese Community that we will be offering these free screening services.  Everyone is welcomed!  Stop by to support our community!   \nWithout supporters\, like you\, we would never be able to do the great work that we do\, providing for and educating the community on preventive health. \n\n\n\n\n
