On February 21, the Chinese American Association of Central Florida proudly hosted our 2026 Lunar New Year Celebration and Fundraiser, welcoming families, community leaders, sponsors, and partners to celebrate the Year of the Horse together.

This year’s event was more than a festive gathering — it was a powerful reflection of our mission to promote Chinese language, culture, and meaningful cultural engagement throughout Central Florida.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our generous sponsors and silent auction partners whose financial and in-kind support made this celebration possible. Because of your partnership, we are able to continue funding and growing our three vibrant divisions:
Chinese School of CAACF – Expanding language education and cultural programs to nurture the next generation and serve our local community.
CHARGE Dragon Boat Team – Celebrating 15 years of teamwork and community pride, including recent competition in Toronto and continued representation of our cultural spirit on the water.
Dance Troupe of CAACF – Showcasing the beauty of Chinese culture through artistic performance and inspiring audiences across our region.
We were especially honored to recognize our past presidents, principals, board chairs, and directors whose leadership laid the foundation for CAACF’s continued growth. We truly stand on your shoulders.
A special highlight of the evening was celebrating the legacy of CHARGE’s founding members, who remain actively involved 15 years later — a testament to the strength and unity of our community.
2026 is also a CAACF board election year. We are proud of our engaged membership and the strong participation in shaping the future direction of our organization.

Congratulations to our new term President, Susan Hoeh, and the newly elected Board of Directors!
Susan’s dedication, leadership, and long-standing service to CAACF — including roles across multiple divisions — reflect her deep commitment to our mission. We are excited for this next chapter under her leadership and look forward to continued growth, collaboration, and cultural impact in the years ahead.
This celebration would not have been possible without our incredible committee members and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes — from program planning and performances to silent auction coordination, food stations, registration, sponsorships, and cultural games.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our silent auction, raffles, and 50/50 jackpot. Your generosity directly supports our programs and community outreach initiatives — including our recent Lunar New Year cultural engagement at MCO International Airport.
Together, we continue to build a vibrant, connected, and culturally rich community.
Thank you for celebrating with us. Thank you for supporting CAACF and its divisions. And here’s to a new year filled with unity, strength, and opportunity
