On March 23, the Consulate-General of Japan in Miami partnered with the Japanese restaurant “Hiyakawa” to host a special PR event showcasing Japanese cuisine and ingredients from Japan.
The event welcomed a wide range of local restaurant professionals and distributors, who had the opportunity to experience the exceptional quality and appeal of Japanese ingredients firsthand.
Some attendees even expressed interest in importing ingredients directly from Japan, making the event a great success!
