The Chinese American Scholars and Professionals Association celebrated its 25 years by hosting a conference featuring several panel discussions including “Partnership Building Between Academic & Industries”, “Modeling, Simulation & Training (MS&T)” and “Lake Nona Medical City: Collaboration Driving Innovation”.

The conference took place at Hyatt Regency Orlando, Research Park at the University of Central Florida and Sanford Burnham Medical Research Institute of Lake Nona Medical City. This year’s conference is to expand the higher education partnership to include S&T research and economic development between Taiwan and Florida.

The 25th Anniversary Celebration Dinner was held at Ming Court followed by many traditional Chinese performances.

“None of this could have happened without the generous support of our sponsors and community partners, and the pro bono participation of all our session speakers, board members and volunteers. CASPAF is deeply grateful to each and every one of them,” says C.T. Hsu, the president of CASPAF.
