On-street meter spaces are available for those with disabilities who have a disabled parking placard at no charge for four (4) hours. The disabled parking permit must be properly displayed. The patron with a disability MUST activate a parking session at the pay station by entering the parking space number occupied by their vehicle, select option 2 for “disabled” to collect a valid receipt for 4 hours at no charge.

Fort Brooke Garage Parking

• Enter the garage on E. Whiting St just before N. Florida Ave. There are two entrances on the north side of the garage that accept hourly parkers.
• Pull in and take a ticket. BE SURE TO HOLD ON TO THE TICKET. A chaser ticket will be provided to validate your parking, to use when exiting.
• When you reach the top of the ramp, turn right and park in the 3-hour spaces on the 3rd floor. • Use the crosswalk into City Center.
• Take the escalators down and exit the building onto E. Jackson Street. • Turn right and cross E. Jackson Street at N. Florida Avenue. Old City Hall is on the corner of E. Jackson Street and N. Florida Avenue (315 E. Kennedy Blvd. Street).
