AAPI Hob Nob & Community Resource Fair

AAPI Coming Together (ACT), I am excited to invite your organization to join us for our upcoming AAPI Hob Nob & Community Resource Fair, taking place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Pine Hills Elementary School’s cafeteria in Orlando.
This nonpartisan event aims to bring together over 200 members of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, civic leaders, elected officials, and candidates running for local office to encourage civic engagement, voter education, and community empowerment. There will be opportunities for voter registration, cultural celebration, candidate meet-and-greets, and informational booths hosted by local organizations.
We would be honored to have your organization participate—whether by hosting a resource table, engaging with community members, or sharing information about your services.
This is also an open invitation for candidates running for Orlando City Commission Districts 1, 3, and 5, as well as candidates in the upcoming Orange County special elections and public offices, to meet and engage with our community.
