AASA Lunar New Year Festival 2016

AASA cordially invites you to our annual Lunar New Year Festival! Lunars is our signature and largest event, and this year we’re excited to celebrate the coming of the Year of the Monkey.
The festival is marked by numerous countries throughout Asia as one of the most significant holidays in the year. Each country’s celebrations are notably different than their other counterparts, yet they all share a similarity in that they emphasize a time of coming together to be with friends, family, and loved ones.
To follow on that, we’re hosting this year’s Lunar Festival on Valentine’s Day, so come for a great night of food, cultural games and activities, live singing and dancing performances, and more with all the people you care about!
TICKETS: $7 for UGA students | $10 for non-students
Dinner will be provided, and formal, semiformal, or cultural attire is preferred.
