UCF India Center is hosting AI and the Global Dementia Crisis: Opportunities for Innovation and Impact on February 19, 2024 at UCF Student Union, Garden Key Room 221 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Dementia is a growing global health crisis, with India facing one of the largest increases in cases. The shortage of trained neurologists and limited access to specialized care exacerbate the problem. In this talk, Vijaya Kolachalama, Ph.D. will discuss how AI can help bridge gaps in diagnosis, accessibility, and scalability in dementia care in India.
