Just when we thought Thai food couldn’t get any better, we’re adding in fresh summer flavors. Get to know our way around a wok as we familiarize ourselves with Thai ingredients and techniques. Practice glazing salmon, putting together a green mango salad, stir-frying pad Thai, and churning out a frozen dessert starring lime and coconut.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Space is limited. APABA is subsidizing the cost of this class for APABA members. Non-members will pay the full price.
