Mark your calendars so you don’t miss this colorful, traditional Philippine Barrio Fiesta and Grand Santacruzan annual event organized by the PILIPINO-AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA (PAAT). It will take place on Sunday, August 18th, at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, Florida, from noon to 6 pm.
Come celebrate a typical Philippine fiesta with lots of Philippine food, vendors, children and adult games, folk dances, and a parade of Philippine beauties in a grand traditional SANTACRUZAN, participated by different organizations and individuals from different Filipino communities in Florida. A donation of $5 per person is required. However, children 5 and under enter for free since this is a family event. So bring the whole family! Grandpa and Grandma, your house guests, friends, and neighbors.
We are asking young ladies, teens, beauty queens, and organization muses to sign up as “sagalas” and join our grand Santacruzan procession. The more we have, the grander ur procession will be this year. We even provide you the “arco,” but you must provide your own two properly dressed arco holders.
