PhilFest 2025 in Tampa

Gaudencio Sillona III, known professionally as Jay R, is a Filipino-American singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and model. In 2003, he released his debut album, Gameface, under Universal Records. Jay R, the Philippines’ R&B King, is celebrated for his exceptional talent in creating original music. From Los Angeles, he honed his singing and music production skills.

This lively three-day festival, hosted at the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex in Tampa, Florida, continues a beloved tradition of showcasing the richness of Filipino heritage.

Now celebrating its 29th year, PhilFest has grown into a cornerstone cultural festival in the southeastern United States, drawing a diverse crowd of 15,000–20,000 attendees annually.
