Chen Style Taijiquan originated from Chen Jia Gou village, Wen County, Henan Province in China, and it has a history of more than 600 years. Its main features are softness, fast and slow, spiral winding, loose and lively. In the actual battle, it is said that giving up one’s own space and follow others to move, then let others get in the trap until they are defeated. It combines traditional Chinese medicine, aesthetics, mechanics, philosophy and ergonomics, and is a representative of Chinese traditional culture and martial arts. Long-term practice of Tai Chi can achieve enhanced self-defense skills, improve sleep quality, improve metabolism, peace of mind, enhance self-confidence, delay aging, alleviate various diseases, and create a harmonious life. Therefore, it is a good fitness method for all ages.
Jinsong Yan has practiced traditional martial arts since childhood, practiced boxing and San da skills in my youth, and he has achieved many outstanding results. In 2014, he officially studied under Yong qi Wang as a teacher and studied Chen Style Taijiquan and Hun yuan Taijiquan. In 2016, at the 11th Beijing International Wushu Invitational Tournament, he won the traditional Chen-style mixed-style 24-style Taijiquan and 48-style Taijiquan double championships. Now, he is a member of Beijing Chen Style Taijiquan Association, a member of the Beijing Wushu Association, and he is the fifth generation descendant of the Beijing Chen Style Taijiquan Research Association. At the same time, he also learned the Yiquan from the third generation of Yi Quan (Da Cheng Quan), Cheng rong Yao, and he became one of Yao’s proud students. Yiquan is an excellent boxing in Chinese Wushu. It came from Xingyiquan, which was created by a great master Xiang zhai Wang.
