1928

The Mills 50 Dumpster Art Project, made possible through funds from the Mayor’s Matching Grant program won the City of Orlando Main Street Award for “Best Design!”

Fifteen dumpsters, painted by local artists, were transformed into pieces of public art. Over 50 artists submitted drawings to be considered for this project.

Two years ago, the Mills 50 “Art Box” project was named “Best Design” in the Main Street Awards competition.

Mills 50 is making its mark as the “intersection of creativity + culture!”
