Orange County Clerk of Courts to Host a Housing Legal Education Forum

The Orange County Clerk of Courts will host its first housing legal education forum, Legal Matters, on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

Legal Matters will take an in-depth look at several aspects of housing law, including foreclosure. The forum will also address several legal options in each of the four seminars offered:

• Foreclosure Tips for the Property Owner: What next?
• Renting a Foreclosure: Where do I go now?
• Actions for Possession: I want you out!
• How to Buy a Foreclosure: What do I need to know?
