World Tai Chi and Qigong Day

- Hosted by Sifu Sam Winters and the Hsin Yung I- Chuan school of Tai Chi and Meimen Qigong.
- Activities include: Tai Chi Stepping Qigong, Earth Style Tai Chi demonstrations, Pingshuai Qigong, Sensing Hands (Standard and Socially Distanced)
- Food and refreshments are BYOB.
- Lawn chairs and comfortable clothes are recommended.
- Parking is available on two sides of the park: on the corner of Central Florida Parkway and Galvin Drive, or in the cul-de-sac on Whisper Glen Court (from Central Florida Parkway, turn onto Crystal Glen Boulevard and turn left)
