AAPI Coming Together hosted a retreat event at Chuan Lu Garden in Orlando, Florida. At this event, community members together to learn about ACT Young, a new group 18-24 dedicated to raising awareness and involvement of the Asian American Pacific Islander community in Central Florida. The members came together to discuss and plan out the upcoming events as the August and November elections approach. They also brainstormed ideas on how to get the AAPI community Involved.
