Nike is starting the celebration with a new NIKEiD option for the Air Force 1 Low.
In what has become an annual tradition, Nike draws inspiration from the Chinese zodiac for the design. Symbolizing the Year of the Rooster, the NIKEiD Air Force 1 Low “Chinese New Year” features a Chinese stylized graphic upper incorporating a rooster. The sneakers use a combination University Red and Metallic Gold, colors that are closely related to the holiday. Other colorway options include University Red/White, White/University Red, White/Metallic Gold, and Black/Metallic Gold. This red gold with a pattern of the end of the Chinese New Year special edition, is expected to be available in mid-January 2017.
