Jose "Joey" Omila, is the current Director of Cultural Affairs of the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. (PCFI) and the Director and Choreographer of the Philippine Performing Arts Dance Company of Tampa, Florida. He is of German-Filipino descent and is a graduate from the University of Santo Tomas, one the oldest Catholic university in the world, with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts Major in Advertising. He is a very active community leader within the Filipino community as well as the Asian community in Tampa Bay.
